INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (IET)- LUCKNOW
IET was built up by the government of Uttar Pradesh in 1984, for bestowing specialized instruction. The organization is completely financed by Uttar Pradesh Government and is being directed by the Executive Committee of Gautam Buddha Technical University. The foundation is completely private. The establishment was in the past affiliated(1984-2000) to the University of Lucknow and from 2000-2012 to Uttar Pradesh Technical University. The foundation had been a constituent school of Gautam Buddh Technical University(2010-2012). At present, it is under Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University(2015–present). It is a self-ruling Institute, perceived by AICTE and is NBA accredited.
IET - Eligibility and Admission Criteria
- For admission at IET Lucknow (Lko), candidates need to apply online through the official site of AKTU.
- Fill the application form online accessible on the official site.
- Add your personal details and educational qualification and other details.
- Upload required documents, identification size photograph, and signature to the application form.
- Pay application fees online through Debit/Credit/Net banking facility.
- Take a print out of the application fees for further requirements.
- Candidates not need to send any printed copy of the documents to the college.
IET Admission Fee
IET Lucknow fee structure for B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA newly admitted students is different according to their category. Candidates are requested to pay the admission fee based on the IET fee structure for the session 2020 - 20.
- Candidates need to pay INR 89775/- for B.Tech courses and for B.Tech IT and EI courses candidates need to pay INR 104775/-
- For MBA courses, the fee is INR 79775/- and for M.Tech programs, the admission fee is INR 73200/-
- Fee for MCA courses, Students have to pay INR 64775/-
- Hostel facilities are provided by the college. Candidates need to pay separate INR 14500/- as hostel fees.
Entrance Exams Accepted by IET
For admission at the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow, candidates need to attend an entrance examination conducted by the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh.
- For UG and PG courses candidates need to attend Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2020.
- The college will conduct counseling based on the marks obtained in UPSEE.
- Application fee for UPSEE is INR 1300/- for General / OBC / Transgender students. For SC / ST / Divyangjan and Female students INR 650/-
