IBS-Hyderabad-Admission and Eligibility Criteria
  • A Candidate is eligible to apply for admission for MBA 2020 at IBS if he/she has a Bachelor's degree with a 15 years education (in keeping with the 10 + 2 + 3 system) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA).

  • Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply provided they complete all the requirements of graduation before June 30, 2020

  • A candidate applying for admissions should have applied and appeared in IBSAT exam and must score minimum cut off score in the entrance exam to become eligible for admission

IBS-Hyderabad-Admission Process
  • After the declaration of IBSAT 2019 results in January 2020 first week, the qualified candidates will be called for briefing sessions. The selection briefings are a series of focused seminars to provide the candidate an insight into Programs and processes at IBS.
  • One of the key criteria in the ICFAI Business school selection process, these selection briefing sessions for IBS admission 2020, will be held in 40 cities across India from January 11 to 19, 2020.
  • After this first round of the IBS selection process, the candidates shall have to present themselves for next round of the IBS selection process comprising Group Discussion and Personal Interview which is also common for IBS Hyderabad admission, IBS Mumbai Admission and for admission to all other ICFAI Business schools.
  • All the candidates who have qualified based on IBSAT2019/ CAT/GMAT/NMAT by GMAC are called for the IBS Selection process at IBS Hyderabad campus scheduled from February 22-29, 2020.
  • Apart from the entrance test score and GD/PI, past academic record will also be taken into account before the final selection
