Koneru Lakshmaiah (Deemed to be University) is a subsidiary of the Koneru Lakshmaiah education foundation and a premier institute in the field of engineering and management education. The college was established in 1980 as KL College of engineering but later on, it developed into a university by providing courses in technical, managerial, and all other fields of education. The university became autonomous in 2006 and was recognized as a deemed to be university in 2009. KL Education Foundation has 2 campuses located in Vijayawada and Hyderabad respectively.
KL Education Foundation-Eligibility and Admission Criteria
- A Candidate is eligible to apply for admission for MBA 2020 at KL education Foundation if he/she has a Bachelor's degree with a 15 years education (in keeping with the 10 + 2 + 3 system) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply provided they complete all the requirements of graduation before June 30, 2020
- A candidate applying for admissions should have applied and appeared in any of the national entrance exams such as CAT/XAT/MAT etc or KL’s own admission test which is KLUBSAT and must score minimum cut off score in the entrance exam to become eligible for admission

KL Education Foundation-Admission Process
- The applicant has to register for and appear either in KUBSAT Management Entrance Exam 2020 or the relevant CAT/XAT/MAT entrances. If the candidate was not able to appear for any national entrances such as CAT/XAT or MAT etc, they can appear in KUBSAT.
- With your score in the respective entrance exam, you will be shortlisted for GD-PI, which is the final admission round
- After completion of the GD-PI round, admission offer will be made based on the exam score, GD-PI, Academics, Work Experience. The admission offer will be made in the month of May 2020
- Selected candidates, after going through contents of the admission offer letter, need to confirm and accept the offer with the terms and conditions for taking admission to the program through “Acceptance Letter”.
- All the candidates who have been offered admission have to pay the fees as stipulated in the admission offer; otherwise, they would forfeit their seat to the person next on the waiting list.
