UPTU-2020-APPLICATION FORM RELEASED

Uttar Pradesh Technical University announced their entrance tests’ dates for the number of affiliated colleges for the session 2020-22.
UPTU or AKTU (Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University) organizes entrance tests every year for the number of graduate and postgraduate courses in over 400 MBA colleges, affiliated to the university. UPTU entrance test, also known as the UPSEE Uttar Pradesh state entrance exam is a state-level entrance test, through which candidates can get admission in the state government and private universities/colleges.  Candidates who wish to apply for this exam can get complete details including application form, eligibility, exam pattern, syllabus further in this article.

AKTU/UPTU 2020 Application Form
Candidates are advised to fill all the details in the application form carefully. First, go through information and details mentioned on the website of AKTU and then proceed for the application form.
  • The candidates can fill the AKTU/UPTU application form through online mode only.
  • Candidates can start the application form filling process from the fourth week of January 2020.
  • The exam conducting authority will provide the application form filling opportunity until the third week of March 2020.
  • Fill all the details carefully and keep the application number till the next event. The official authority will also provide the AKTU/UPTU correction of the “filled application form” facility.
  • Candidates do not need to send “Confirmation Page” after completion and submission of the online application form to the University.

AKTU/UPTU Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must fulfill the mentioned eligibility criteria for AKTU/UPTU admissions-
  • Nationality: Candidates of NRI/PIO/Foreign Nationals/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries and Kashmiri Migrants are eligible to apply.
  • Age Limit: No upper age limit to apply in any of the offered courses.
  • Appearing Candidates: Candidates in the last year of their bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply for various MBA colleges offered under the UPTU/AKTU affiliation.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidate should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks without grace (40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in aggregate.
UPSEE MBA-Exam Pattern
  • The duration of the MBA entrance exam is a total of two hours.
  • Questions asked in the exam will be multiple-choice questions (MCQ) or objective type.
  • Each question will have four possible options out of which only one will be correct.
  • Candidates will be required to mark any one of the available choices.
  • Each question will be worth 4 marks and there will be 100 questions in all. So, the maximum marks of the question paper will be 400.
  • No negative marking for any incorrect entry.
