SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov has stated, India has the potential to become one of the largest digital ecosystems in the world. He said this at a press conference session in Beijing on the consequences of the recently concluded Council of Heads of Govt.

SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov noticed India's proposition of making a Special Working Group on Start-ups and Innovation and a working gathering on conventional medicines.

He said that with more than 1 billion cell phone subscribers and more than 600 million web users, India can possibly get one of the biggest digital ecosystems in the world.
