What is the mode of the JEE Main 2021 Examination?

  • JEE Main 2021 examination is going to be held in the online mode that is in Computer Based Test format (CBT).

  • The JEE Main 2021 Paper-II (that is B. Arch) will be conducted in pen and paper mode since it is a drawing test of JEE Main Paper-II.

What is the time duration for JEE Main 2021 Examination?

  • The time duration provided to complete the JEE Main 2021 Examination will be three hours.

  • For PWD candidates with 40 percent of disability, an extra hour will be provided in addition to the given three hours.

Info: While attempting Section b, aspirants are required to attempt any 5 questions from the given 10 questions. There will not be any negative marking for the questions of section B.

Other than that, the total number of questions to attempt will be the same for the rest of the sections : Physics: 25 questions, Chemistry: 25 questions, and Mathematics: 25 questions, respectively.
